Color Fusers Blog Hop May 2025

Welcome to this month's Color Fusers Monthly Blog Hop! This month, are introducing the new 2025-2027 In Colors. I decided to feature all the colours on one card, and started to cut matching circles using the Spotlight on Nature dies, the proceeded to make different colour combos using the circles. It was a really fun process and a great way to experiment with the new colours. To be honest, I wasn't sure about Cloud Cover and Secret Sea.... but I've found love for both of these when creating todays card as I saw how they can shine on their own and with other colours.   What I mean my this is that to my surprise Cloud Cover was more blue than grey when paired with Basic white all my itself - my immediate thought was ohhhh baby blue! Color Fusers Blog Hop June 2022

Welcome back crafty friends, welcome to this month's Color Fusers Monthly Blog Hop! This month, our colors are the 2022-2024 In Colors. I decided to try a bokeh look design: To create my card I cut 3 squares of cardstock then die cut 3 different size circle dies to create a mask, then added the InColors with a Blending Brush. Creating the sentiment was easy using the Sending Smiles Bundle - no fussy cutting required for "Sending".  I used the Stamparatus to stamp "Birthday Wishes" multiple times to get a nice crisp dark sentiment. To finish I added Matte Black Dots and mounted on a Basic Black card base - and there you have it, a super cute birthday card that could easily be used for a Masculine card! Masculine themed cards are my nemesis, but it was so much easier when I wasn't even trying! Retiring 2019-2021 In Colors Blog Hop

We said hello, now we say goodbye to the 2019-2021 InColors:  Rococo Rose, Purple Posy, Pretty Peacock, Terracotta Tile & Seaside Spray, what was your favourite? I was super excited to see Purple Posy, but then with the issues with the ink, I would have to say my new favourite became Seaside Spray. Don't get me wrong, I still love the Purple Posy Cardstock, it's such a lovely subtle shade and coordinates beautifully with Highland Heather & Gorgeous Grape. And as far as pinks go, Rococo Rose was a great variation in the "pink palette", with a bit of an antique feel about it. Next would come Pretty Peacock, a tad bold and dark for me, but still a lovely tone - when I did ink up with it I was always happy, just not a "go to" for me. Lastly, Terracotta Tile - I'm just not an "orange" kinda girl. I would see gorgeous creations using it, but my creativity just never opened up to love this colour as a "go to" Now it's time for yo...
