Thank you for everything Hues of Happiness

Hello crafty friends, I'm using one of my favourite layouts today with the simply gorgeous Hues of Happiness DSP . I decided to make the card using Pool Party cardstock to complement the blue flowers in a bed of purples, I think it turned out lovely. I added detail to the card front by using the Scalloped edge from the Scalloped Contours Dies , and heat embossed a sentiment in silver from the Color & Contour stamp set .  To finish I added a touch of bling with Rhinestone  Basic Jewels . Thanks for visiting today, I hope you enjoyed viewing my project. Stay tuned for more inspiration and tips this month. I’ve listed the products I used below, just click on the picture and be taken directly to the product.  I truly appreciate your support, it inspires me to keep crafting and helps to keep my blog and YouTube channel running. If you live in Australia and don't already have a Demonstrator I'd love to be yours.  Hues of Happiness DSP Scalloped Contour Dies   Colo...

Thank You with Vine Design CC&S 420

I managed some time for creative therapy this afternoon, and to speed things up I looked over my favourite challenge blogs for inspiration, and yes, CAS Colours & Sketches was the ticket. I'm a pastels girl at heart (unless it is hot pink, well any shade of pink really), so after seeing the colours and then Joannes card I knew what I was going to create. I broke out my Vine Design bundle, and proceeded to cut the detailed rectangle and then stamped and cut the co-ordinating flowers. So that the stamping didn't overpower the design I stamped off once (2nd generation stamping). To add more of a contrast and subdue Soft Seafoam, I decided on using the new Scalloped Contour dies to frame the main die cut and put on a White card base.  I move a couple of the coordinating flowers to on top of the sentiment and lastly added some Basic Rhinestones for that special touch of bling. Thanks for visiting today, I hope you enjoyed viewing my project. Stay tuned for more inspiration and ...

Hand-Penned Memories & More

Have you every tried Memory Keeping or Scrapbooking? It is something that I always intend to do, but dont' get there as often as I would like, but it is so worth it. Today I pulled together a Scrapbook page layout, all that's left to do is add the photo and some journaling. For my base I've used a design for the new Hand-Penned Designer Series Paper, isn't it gorgeous!!! Next I choose a card from the Memories & More Card Pack - I decided to highlight Pale Papaya.  From here, I added layers & shapes coordinating colours, Pale Papaya, Soft Succulent, Mint Macaron & Pool Party. I used a variety of die cuts, Scalloped Contours, Basic Borders (both new in the 2021-2022 Annual Catalogue), Stitched Rectangles and some scraps. Now I'm off to find a photo, while I'm doing that be sure to continue through the blog hop for more Memory Keeping ideas, you are currently visiting Sue Vine - MissPinksCraftSpot: Thanks for visiting today, I hope you enjoyed viewing m...
