Tropical Chic #WWYS

Welcome to this weeks What Will You Stamp?  Challenge, we have an amazing set for you to show of your creations - Tropical Chic. I was so happy when I saw this set is carrying over into the 2019-2020 catalogue, it's one of my "go to" sets, and I'm always able to  get inspiration when using it. I've also used the co-ordinating Tropical Escape DSP in my creation which is retiring this week :(  The colours in the suite were so me, the good news is that you could easily create your own look alike DSP with the stamps. Floating away with Tropical Chic

How quickly time goes by, it's another All Star Tutorial blog hop already! I'm always looking for new techniques and ideas, and follow a number of paper crafters -there is always so much to learn and seeing one project can open up inspiration for another. The first phase was to find a stamp set with medium to large die cuts, I opted for my one of my favorite sets, Tropical Chic, then t...

You're the Greatest | Sharing Onstage Melbourne 2018

It's a super exciting weekend with Stampin' Up! celebrating 30 years!  I would have loved to go to Orlando for the BIG event, but settled for a local OnStage event - I'm in Melbourne, the event sold out really quickly when tickets were released, so if you missed out, and we can't meet in person I'm doing the next best thing, sharing my swaps with you :) One of the things I love about OnStage events is making swaps.... yes it can be stressful and you end up saying #whatwasithinging with my swap design, but it is sooooo rewarding, and a fabulous ice breaker when meeting other demonstrators for the first time. No surprise, I left designing my swaps a little late.... at least I am consistent with previous events, hahaha, so I told myself keep it simple (not like last time with multiple intricate die cuts, ribbon and twine)...... well, things didn't go exactly to that plan! I really did try to do a 1 layer card, but... me being me, it just didn...
