Miss Pinks Craft Spot

Have you tried the new Copper Embossing powder...... oh my! you really do need to get your hands on this product! I decided to have a bit of a play with embossing some simple stamped images, I was quite happy with silver and gold embossing, but I am sooooo impressed with the new Copper Stampin' Emboss Powder , it has such a beautiful shine when the light catches it, I managed to capture some of the shine, it looks amazing in the flesh! Oh and being the pink girl I am it also reminds me of Rose Gold so how gorgeous is that!   The stamped leaf flourish is from Grateful Bunch  and the sentiment for this card is from Rose Wonder Stamp Set . I popped up the embossed panel with Foam Adhesive Strips  for added depth on the card, love the finished product. Welcome back, I made the most of a long weekend by doing some overdue organisation of my craft room, my label machine had quite a workout!  Now I feel so much better and ready to create, but the agony of choice with new products in my room, so I surfed the net for challenges - they are a great source for inspiration when you need the "little push" to get you on your way!  When I saw the Sketch at Just Add Ink it perfectly suited an idea I had for Grateful Bunch, and what better than to fit the Colour Challenge at Paper Craft Crew too!   Without further ado, here is my creation inspired by the above two challenges: There are 8 layers to this card not counting the punched flowers, and I just love layers!  I water coloured the flowers using an Aqua Painter, blending the colours to give more intensity in the centre of each flower, I went over the flowers and leaves with Wink of Stella too.
