Part of what I love about our blog hops is choosing a project to CASE - Copy and Selectively Edit, today I decided the below card by Lea: I love the layout of Lea's card, the flower popping out around the sentiment, and the layers (I just love layers) and that cute bow! Here's my take on Lea's project: I've used the Cottage Greetings set to create my card, I'm sad to see it is retiring, the flowers are so cute, and I adore the the font of the sentiments too. I've used watercolour pencils with a blender pen to colour the flowers - it was very relaxing. The stamping did take some time, but that is the control freak in me.... I used a Stamp-a-ma-jig to place the flowers, well worth the effort I think. I cut an oval and masked the centre of my card, then lightly pencilled lines from corner to corner and...
