Quite Curvy with Pattern Play

Hello weekend! It's a lovely day in Adelaide today, almost too nice to be indoors, I have managed to get inky before making the most of the day before it moves to hot, hot, hot tomorrow - honestly our weather can't decide what it wants to do (we had thunderstorms only a few days ago). I was a little be bit pre-occupied when I entered the studio, I have a class to plan for and I got myself overwhelmed with that and lost my mojo. Eventually things came together, and I made a black and white statement using the stripes from Pattern Play, before adding a floral layer from the Quite Curvy bundle. September 2020 All Star Tutorial Bundle Blog Hop Playing with Patterns

Hello September........ and hello to this month's All Star Tutorial Bundle Blog Hop featuring the Playing with Patterns Suite - such a fun suite which has endless possibilities. I needed a pick me up when creating this card, so I went with a rainbow theme, they always puts a smile in my thoughts, and here's hoping there is a wonderful surprise at the end of the 2020 rainbow - it's been such a year that none of us could have imagined. Be sure to continue through the list below to see more creations from the In Good Taste Suite from the design team: Thanks for visiting today, I hope you enjoyed viewing my proj...

Going Dotty with Pattern Play

Hello, I've been relaxing in the craft studio today after a couple of days out and about (we are lucky to have fewer COVID restrictions compared to our friends in Victoria); I had "date day" with hubby on Friday - loving my new roster that gives me a day off every second week. I inked up the Pattern Play bundle today, and created this quick card, creating the sentiment with the die cut letters, then just simply stamped the dots. After adhering the sentiment, I worked my way from the centre stamping with Coastal Cabana, then Bermuda Bay as I got nearer the edge, creating a lovely monochormatic effect. Thanks for visiting today, I hope you enjoyed viewing my project. Stay tuned for more inspiration and tips this month.  I’ve listed the products I used below, just click on the picture and be taken directly to the product.  I truly appreciate your support, it inspires me to keep crafting and helps to keep my blog and YouTube channel running. If you live in Australia and ...
