Daffodil Daydream

Welcome back friends, today I've used a bundle from the upcoming Jan-June Mini Catalogue - Daffodil Daydream. The stamp set features gorgeous daffodils, and a cute little butterfly as well as a stunning edge stamp. I just couldn't wait to use them, and the images have coordinating dies, so no fussy cutting, and also has dies that you can cut and create daffodils with out stamping - 24 dies in the bundle in total. After colouring the daffodils with light and dark Soft Sea Foam and So Saffron Stampin Blends I paired the arrangement with a sentiment from the Best Year stamp set (from the Annual Catalogue). I decided I needed another pop of colour so added butterflies coloured with Fresh Freesia and a touch of Balmy Blue, and some Matte Black Dots. The layout of my card was inspired by this weeks sketch challenge at the Global Design Project . Thanks for visiting today, I hope you enjoyed viewing my project. Stitched Stars for CC&S #396

To create more interest to the eye, I overlapped and popped some of the stars on dimensionals, and also added a hint of Wink of Stella over the ruled lines. Thanks for visiting today, I hope you enjoyed viewing my project. Stay tuned for more inspiration and tips this month.  I’ve listed the products I used below, just click on the picture and be taken directly to the product.  I tru...
